Roger Hawkins

Director and Principal Consultant - Architecture & Advisory

Roger has consulted to State and Federal Government, Top 200 organisations and SME’s in Victoria and Canberra in both professional services, Software Vendor and IT/IS project delivery capacities. Key skillsets include:

  • All things Digital Transformation & Architecture
  • Web usability to meet different user audiences and for different application types.
  • Running business workshops to elicit system requirements and presentation of the same in clear and business understandable form.
  • Database schema design for maintainable and supportable business applications.
  • Architecture and design of end-to-end mobile to back office workflow enabled systems.
  • Development of flexible application infrastructures into re-usable IP stacks.

Roger often takes the lead on our development projects, risk and quality review advisory services and conducts our requirements analysis client workshops.

Natasha Bickley

Director and Principal Consultant - Data & AI

Natasha has worked with database and reporting technology for well over 15 years. She has provided advice, design, architecture and administration services for many organisations from Finance and Banking through to Government. And more recently she has specialised in AI & ML solutions. Key skillsets include:

  • Data Architecture, AI & Machine Learning
  • Reporting and Business Intelligence platforms design, build and support.
  • Cross platform database design, development and management.
  • Testing and QA
  • Requirements Analysis and Technical Design

Natasha often takes the lead on our BI development projects and delivers our testing, QA and training packages.
